An institution in Cairns since 1993, Ciao Italia is renowned for its affordable and delicious Italian cuisine. Specialising in homemade pasta, Ciao Italia was established as one of the first true Italian eateries in Cairns.

Our Cairns restaurant has celebrated it’s 18th year! Ciao Italia's relaxed atmosphere and sincere approach to traditional cooking provides the perfect environment for family get togethers, intimate dinners and business lunches alike.

Perfectly located overlooking the fantastic views of the marina, with a covered decked outdoor area makes it the ideal location for dining anytime of the year. The Italian chefs are talented and accomplished, migrating from Italy to our shores in recent years. They have brought with them a unique wealth of knowledge about authentic Italian flavours. Our head chef designs a weekly specials menu with traditional flair utilizing seasonal produce from the Cairns region. This keeps the locals coming back!
